Located on the tenth floor of the Dubrovnik Palace Hotel, the SATU sushi bar offers you the most beautiful view of the sunset.

Enjoy the authentic Japanese elements of the interior, such as the sandy Zen garden, with a simple design representing a harmonious balance between man and nature. The delicate sand scooped in equal distances symbolizes the peaceful surface of the sea, while the small rough rocks represent the largest islands: Honshu, Hokkaido, Kyushu and Shikoku.

For a complete experience, the space is decorated unobtrusively with bonsai olives and black bamboo, creating a relaxing corner for the good spirits kami.

The service at the SATU sushi bar is characterised by simplicity and elegance with emphasis placed on the visual presentation of dishes and particular attention is given to details and rituals.

Select your favourite meals from the menu which offers miso soup, temaki sushi, nori maki, gunkan, sashimi, wasabi paste, tempura, various oriental teas, three sorts of sake, a number of Japanese beers and plum wine.

The Chef of the sushi bar, Jesus Mendoza, who has arrived from the Far East, your host for the evening, will be dressed in traditional Japanese attire and will prepare all meals right in front of you.
